Curie Electro-drive
Many a times you must have heard, read or told someone about an electric bike. So you must know that, converting your normal bike to an electric is way to cheaper than buying a whole new expensive e-bike. There are various manufacturers who provide you with such conversion kits.
The curie electro-drive is one of the most popular conversion kits. It is powerful, quite and an efficient conversion kit. The "izip" range introduced by curie is best suited for hilly region. The electro-drive kit fits perfectly into the frame of normal bike. It also comes with an adaption plate that fits over the spokes of 36 spoke rear wheel to drive it. This adaption plate is rotated by means of a chain connected to the motor via a planetary gear box. Though the battery fits into the main triangular frame of the bike, the frame has to be at least 18 inches from the top of the seat tube to the middle of the crank.
